CRM is short form for Customer Relationship Management. This is infrastructure/ Technology software used to manage the relationships with customers or leads of a company.

A CRM tool helps a company foster relationships not just with customers but also with prospective leads, suppliers and every other interaction point for the company.

Why is CRM important for every Business in Africa and the world:

With the new age of the internet, it has become increasingly important to track end to end interactions within the company. Each company has different departments including; sales, marketing, customer support. A CRM tool helps manage how interactions are made between the employees, Management and any outside people communicating with the company. A CRM helps measure and track the impact of these interactions
